Hi, how are you? My laptop is with a weird issue. With charger connected, it turns on and work properly. The battery is being recognized and charging. However when I unplug the charger, the laptop turn off straight away. I tried BIOS update just to be sure, but keep in the same way. Do you guys have some idea about what is causing this issue?
