i have this board with no display:
Missing vcc core 0 volt but 18 ohm so no short
replaced isl and mosfet of VRM also all 3 mosfet around ISL maybe proble of bios it is possible that ?

i have tried but its the same problem, no vcc core.
VIN islcore ic 19v
VDD 5v
VR on 3.3v
PRGOOD in 3.3v
but all gates port are closed.
