I attached my backup bios whic is not ok
And Another bin file i download and extract from acer web site whic file size is bigger than my backup bios.

I think you probably mean a full BIOS memory dump from the board, isn't it?

The bios you sent from the manufacturer doesn't have me region so no need to clearme
