However, a new issue has occurred. The system is unable to boot into the operating system. We have tried different operating systems and also attempted to reinstall a new OS, but it has not been successful.


The BIOS is able to detect the SSD; however, it does not recognize any bootable device.


Could you kindly advise on what might be causing this issue?

The system is able to boot in Legacy mode via USB; however, when attempting to boot in UEFI mode, it only displays a spinning circle.

A new operating system can be installed and runs normally when installed in Legacy mode; however, when attempting installation in UEFI mode, an error occurs.When the customer’s SSD is installed in another system, it operates normally.

We would appreciate it if you could kindly rebuild the BIOS file once again.
