REQUEST: Rebuild and clear ME thank you

This has been reflashed by other shops, and they didn't notice that the PCH is shorted with 0 ohms, so I don't know if this bin file that came from the laptop itself is still the original one or not, I badly need help for clearing the ME since I just replaced the PCH
