MEC1653 MEC1653L

I m at work now and cant talk to much
I have 2 laptops IBM LENOVO
1 is X260 and another one is T460S both laptops have i think supervisor password
t460 have hard drive and windows and boot to windows but cant enter in bios setup
x260 no hard drive but same have password and cant enter in bios setup and cant install new windows
You say password at this models is in mec1653 not in bios flash
I want know if i can remove this password
I buy rt809h but not detect chip say is damage or encrypted
Im working on computer shop and repair laptops all days but more is macbook

backup BIOS PCH T460s send me check

There are two options
1. you need to program it, it is very difficult and or DMI error arises ...(You need to do it yourself no one can help online)
2. Looking to buy an external unlock service but the price is quite high you can see it in google
