MacBook Pro 15-inch Touch Bar A1707 820-00281-10 BIOS schematics 820-00281

im working with this machine 820-00281 no liquid damage
all s5 rail are present no short on S4 and S3 rail
I see only issue is PL_RST_L is low 0.15 v need to be 3,3v

when i short Pin 1 PP3V3_S5 with Pin 2 PM_SLP_S3_L machine power ok start ios and work fine until i shutdown.

i missing dont know where to check more i think issue is on PL_RST_L ?????

The hardware is hard to judge, so it needs direct visual inspection
