Hi everyone,

I am experiencing an issue with my desktop PC which does not boot up. Although I can see the correct voltages (12V, 3V, and 5V) on the motherboard, the BIOS does not load. I decided to flash the BIOS, but I'm encountering difficulties and I'm not sure if I'm doing everything correctly.

I recently purchased a new programmer, the XGecu Pro T48, and removed the BIOS chip (Winbond 25Q64FVAIG). After placing it in the reader, I performed a dump and downloaded the bin file. I then proceeded to flash the BIOS, but the PC still doesn't boot up.

What can I do? I've attached a photo for more details.

Thanks in advance for your help!
