I have a problem with my Thinkpad t460s which I don't know if it's a hardware or software problem. When I try to turn it on it doesn't turn on, only the ethernet port flashes, the fan spins for a second and stops. I tried everything, changed the ram, removed the bios battery, disconnected the keyboard and mouse connection but nothing.
I tried to reprogram the bios with another one I found but the same problem.
