still the same blinking power on and no display, using another bios the amperage is stable but still not displaying I think I need a suitable bios for this problem, can you help me send a suitable bios again thank you

The one I gave is the original BIOS file, if the problem is not the BIOS, why can I use someone else's BIOS file and the amperage be normal without restarting?
