The Tebo-ICT view 4.0 program cannot open this boardview file of the NM-C911 REV 0.2.tvw . Could there be an error when creating the archive ?

I have Lenovo Legion 5
Board: Nm-C911 Rev 1.0
I just changed i/o chip. Laptop turn on okey, boot to the windows okey, but fans are on 100% and after like 2 minits it instantly turn off. Every time same. Do you have any idea why is this happening?

What error does it have before replacing I/o?
