I have a problem with the graphics fan on this laptop. namely, it works all the time at full speed from the moment it is turned on, the second fan from the processor works rather properly. I'm not sure you even need to try everything you suspect.

the fan is replaced because it is the same on the old one, but it had a runout, so it had to be replaced anyway,

I tried other bios from this thread but nothing helped the fan to work. I also checked if it can be regulated by programs from the system level, nothing. Maybe you have some ideas to solve the problem
