It's the same,i'am sure it's bios related because this happens after bios update,is there any other bios or solution?

This laptop had broken PD controller TPS65988 - it was heating up to 80 degrees. After changing it to new IC (2 new ones) I don't have 20V, only 5V from USB-C power supply. Someone told me that the problem is with firmware:

Firmware. This is a stand alone power delivery controller that must be fitted with firmware to communicate over the CCx pins (1-wire per side) with the power source (your USB-C adapter) to request the PD contracts and then this controller will select the best one to power your load = your laptop.
It is most likely the EC that is required to configure this PD controller with the firmware which will then negotiate the 20v PD contract.
