Go to setup and check to see if computrace is turned off
If by computrace you mean absolute then yes! When I went to bios at first it said enabled but I could permanently disable it. So now it's permanently disabled, I needed to enter new service tag too, so I did enter different then the machine was originaly
I don't understand what you mean please make a video so I can check the problem
My bios does not have computrace but it had Absolute! It is disabled!
But now laptop is restarting or shutdown once I insert type c device like charger or USB stick
