I’m having an issue with several Dell Latitude 3420 – PN 203068-1 (Cyborg-L14 MB TGL) boards.
I currently have four units with a fault clearly related to the BIOS.
The problem is that I no longer have the original dump from any of them.
I’ve already tested multiple BIOS files found online, including dumps shared by other users and also the BIOS extracted from Dell’s official EXE package, but:

Or is there a reliable method to rebuild a 100% valid BIOS using only the official Dell EXE package, considering that I no longer have the original file?
If you have any recommended procedure, a clean dump, or the correct regions to reconstruct a stable BIOS for this model, I would greatly appreciate it.

- Some units power on but become unstable (don’t reboot, freeze, or fail to start again).
- Other BIOS files don’t work at all.
- Without the original dump, I can’t properly restore ME Region / BIOS Guard / Provisioning, which causes instability.
My question is:
Is there any known-good, fully working dump for the 203068-1 board (32 MB chip)?
