I tried with this factory bios, and the PC is turning on without an image.
With this factory BIOS, the power button LED blinked again...

Before, the PC turned on without an image and with the power LED blinking.
After I programmed EC and MAIN with the files in this Vinafix post, the PC continues to turn on without an image, but the power LED stops flashing.

As the symptom changed, I thought it could be a BIOS problem... so I wanted to try a cleanup/rebuild of my current BIOS file.
