You have a broken piece on your motherboard.
Programmer can only throw new software. He can't fix it.
Solder the broken part instead.
I suggest you be more careful.
Please check all motherboards in detail...

this file is not the author, but the one who spreads the clones, and they simply stopped working on the new version of the author’s program

i did send email there . They asked for photos and after that quite . No responds
I
just got reply from them but they sent me the old version 2017 . i have even newer than the one they have provided.
