i removed jumper and it runs now, do not you know, what is the purpose? when i put it back, it does not work. Does it need do be on there?

It can be used to clear something but requires a datasheet to determine it correctly
so it do not have to be on there? after reboot, it said something about security something

Everything on the PCB seems to be operational. Starts up but no picture.

hello, after power on, power LED blinks 3 times. What i found, it means memory error, i tried brand new RAM (PC3L) in both ram slots, but issue continues. Any idea why is it doing this?
