anh build lại giúp em nhé. bỏ pin cmos lên nguồn tắt đi thì được nhưng kích lại ko được. nạp thử file thì kích được nhưng không lên hình FDI55 LA-J081P

laptop is dead slow I replace RAM SSD WIFI remove keyboard touchpad but still very slow i clean ME reign of bios but no response in window open resources manager i see and send u pic CPU stuck on 0.19ghz no down or up in any condition need this forum help
