The computer restarts randomly, even when I want to install windows, it restarts and everything is canceled

I used your 32mb .bin, but the problem still continues
only Programming one BIOS 32mb, 2mb non Programming
I only programmed the 32mb bios with the top file but the random reboot problem still continues

Even if repaired, bitlockr will still activate
If there is no data, reformat the hard drive to remove the bitlocker
