Hello admin can you help me to clean my original dump file before bios update, these include my serial and my product number
NM-D031 ,after putting the bios downloaded on the internet; the computer never turns on again, fortunately I had a backup of the original bios but it no longer works, I don't know why, perhaps due to the update
no fan spinning ,just power led blinking help me please ;
