With the original bios it was picture but with error, now i dont have picture,

Is turning on and after 20 second is turning off.
the first problem it was this

This was the first issue.

According to the information in the image, is any component no longer original?

All component in motherboard are original, i changed only the bios chip with the model : Winbond 25Q256JVEN, with the original firmware i have picture, the old bios chip MX25L25673GZ4I-08G,

So this means the issue appeared after replacing the ROM IC?

The same problem, no picture and turning off, i tried again the old bios and is working
