BIOS you sent is just BIOS update from HP it is not full BIOS, full BIOS is 32MB or 16MB it must be backed up from the motherboard

I guess its not possible to reset the Bios without additional hardware?
HP doesnt give the SMC.bin files anymore. I thought you could provide this

I understand but reading posts there are few files that aren't working, could you help me pick up the write one for my motherboard to test is it actually bios problem
You need to know there is no way to check without programming it, all BIOS lock is good BIOS 100% you need this it is the best thing for you to program and test.
