Hello, I bought the manual to remove the passwords of the hp elitebook and probook, but I can not find the encrypted password as it shows in your video. I try to do the probook 640-g2 but only one occurrence appears to me A.d.m.i.n.p.w. all to zeros without any encryption. Is it possible to help me?
Or can you clear the password to me plz? Best regards
