HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11-e000er_ZKT11 LA-A521P.BIN.zip" the system it takes a long time to start.

Here is CPU AMD not Me Region, you can Programming one bios new or check hardware.

I have changed chip BIOS W25P32. Same problem.
