I don't understand the problem but with AMD it's just possible to program a different BIOS if you want

Laptop can only work in Ubuntu OS for unknown reason. It can't install Windows OS at all, it is stuck at windows logo. I will try another bios, thank you, but I doubt that it is bios problem. In ubuntu everything is working except touch screen so maybe the touch screen is the problem or maybe bios or eaven maybe ec.
