I have programmed the bios IC with your file, the computer turns on, both fans spin for 4 seconds and both stop, the power LED on the keyboard always stays on, it never shows an image on the screen, nor do the fans turn on anymore, the CPU heats up

Builds do not work, try another bios and check the hardware
