I have the same mobo, on your BIOS and EC dumps it power up and fans go full speed after few seconds, no display. Old dumps got deleted by junior serviceman, need 100% working ones for both chips.

On old, corrupted BIOS mobo got stuck on HP logo during post.

just have two BIOS with same problem then you need to check the hardware.

Not the same, on old there was display. On yours fan 100% and no display.
