I have an HP elitebook 840 g6 notebook with the same problem, I forgot the password for the bios, which bios programmer can I buy to do the job?
I have an old EZP 2010 programmer, but I don't think it will help me, I already downloaded the IC and read it but the file that I generated is 128KB and when I try to write a bios that I found here in the forum it tells me that the space is insufficient.

Friend but with the EZP2010 programmer can I do that job? Does that programmer support that memory? I am new to these jobs, if you could help me, I would really appreciate it.

but you send file 128KB

I think you have no BIOS knowledge and note you could kill your laptop.
