Ask HP Elitebook 840 G3 bios ME error

Hello all.

got in this HP for bios unlock, normaly i use hpbiosunlock.exe tool and it works perfect.
but now i got a few models that give me error after or already have this error before unlock.
updating bios and downgrading does not make difference
