i have 2 laptops. the first one is not recovering from backup. the second one is ok after flash. the laptops are identical. on the first one i desoldered the chip from the board. the second one i flash with programmer straight on the board. so the issue seems to be heat related for me

Hi admin, i have the problem with "this device belongs to...". I change 8 and 16mb bioses and clear me region. Laptop works fine when install the windows and message not come again, but after 3-4 restarts start to blinking caps lock and make sound 3 long 2 short times and no display. I think this is not the right bios from first post, i check that the region of the old one and the new is not the same. Any ideas what to do?
