when i use version hp 820 g1 l71 computer works, but when i use other bios file orignal with clean me i always get me commited state problems

first was bios password after remove password it give Me commited state error (password gone tho)

installed and now system first give message it needs to recover. then after few seconds keeps rebooting . turn on bios logo then off, then on then logo then off

is there a way to learn how to unlock bios?
