hp 840 g1 6050a2560201 ram error

Caps lock blinks 3 times indicating ram error. DDR3L ram voltage is 1.35v (L6200), VRPVtt is .67v should this be .75v?. Bios and ec was flashed but same, any point in flash KBC?.
Also Fan runs full speed after a few seconds and screen stays black. Current is draws 300mv
Any other ideas.

Hi Bga , DDR3_DRAMRST,DDR3_DRAMRST signals missing. After reflow of Bga Cpu works.
