hp 840 g1 6050a2560201 ram error

Caps lock blinks 3 times indicating ram error. DDR3L ram voltage is 1.35v (L6200), VRPVtt is .67v should this be .75v?. Bios and ec was flashed but same, any point in flash KBC?.
Also Fan runs full speed after a few seconds and screen stays black. Current is draws 300mv
Any other ideas.

try one BIOS new and check chipset.

I have tried 2 different bios and ec files. I havent flashed the kbc do you think there is any point?. And when you say check chipset what do you mean by that ?.

Take the time to measure and test all components and voltages. Don't ask too much, it will confuse you.

i was going to try original bios from hp website but it only extracts to 8mb how to decrypt it to get the proper bin ?
