The file I extracted from the chip is corrupted?

I directly soldered the Windbond 25R128JVPN chip on my CH341 programmer.
In NeoProgrammer 2.2 I chose W25Q128JV because W25R128JVPN doesn't exist.
(Someone said on a forum that it works.)

Do you think that's why the file is not good?
