cpu stuck on 0.40ghz...can you do something for that?? if we put other bios system not turning on and sometimes display not coming but original bios is working...can you repair original bios ???

Asking to fix this error from the bios is unreasonable
You need to try another bios to see if the problem is caused by the bios

we check several bios but it didnt give display or sometimes totally not working with other bios...its only works with original bios

i think its from bios..we face same issue before on another device,,that time problem solved by changing bios..but this system not working with another bios
