Blue screen recovery mode problem?? I replaced the hard drive, i flashed the bios, i changed ram but not fixed pleasse help me to solve this sir??

You format the hard drive according to UEFI standard ?
and try many version. win 7,8,10....

Yes i try to format with uefi but not working.
It starts to boot from usb them after windows logo apear it fails to recovery mode
