laptop shuts down after 30 minuts exactly, even in BIOS

no other dump here seems to boot my motherboard
(tryed almost 10)
DAOR62MB6E0 i5 3rd gen

i have 2 boards, one UMA and one discrete, both cards boot up for 30mins with this BIOS only.
(DAOR62MB6E0 UMA and DAOR62MB6E1 discrete)
this dumps is the UMA
the discrete BIOS was all empty...
