Ask How to get rid of bios password for Thinkpad X13, type 20UG-S0Y100

Hello, we need help. We have Lenovo Thinkpad X13, type 20UG-S0Y100 with BIOS PASSWORD. We want to get rid of this password. Bios EC and Main has been replaced with new one but the password is still there . How to get rid of this password? please your help and advice, Thanks.
