hi guys i want to fix msi mpg z390 gaming plus motherboard.
so what's i want to say first problem is which this motherbord never launch while using power switch and power botton.
so 12v and 5v 3.3v didn't come from power supply.but 5v stand by volt and 3.75v starts up line volt is appear on multi meter when i count power supply connect parts to motherboard.
next i was going to count 3.75v line which is something parts broken. then i found one mosfet.
Mosfet 2N7002D middle pin show 3.75v and other pin is 0v.
but i accidenterly i connect middle pin and right pin 0v.then cpu fan and power supply was work.
but no signal in monitor.
so i thoguht it was mosfet was broken. but when i replace 2N7002D to 2N7002DW.
but couldn't work still. just middle pin show 3.75v and right pin is 0volt. and when i attachment middle and right,just cpu fan work.
same situation.
so after this,i searched some video. and some familer knowledge one found this.
so in this video, i should count first power switch is current volt when while i remove cpu power supply line.
so when i remove it,still 3.3v there.
and next i count PWRBTN# net relate resistor r732parts left side.
and youtuber guys say count while you using power switch,and you should count sio. so i count PWRBTN# pin60 nct6797d-m.
and it was connect to r732 pin1. and when i count it, it was 3,3 v while i push power switch.
but seem this one is not good sign maybe cuz if power switch is on, it should be less volatge.
so next,i was confused what should i do. but another person said to me and got help to me.
he said to me, first count choke16 and if there is no count,maybe it will be above parts something wrong.
he said too,count U42 nb691gg_qfn11. the parts provide 5v to 3v. so i don't know what should i do. but i just count it.
then it was 5vdual_in was 5.1v ,3vsb_en was 2.12v. like that. he said maybe the parts seem broken.
so i bought the parts nb691gg. but will it be okay when i replace it.
should i do more what?
