No power, no signs of life. No short rails on MB. Have no schematics, so BIOS is my next shot

Not sure this is the right post for it, but I my pixelbook power up with no video but has backlight on. I'm guessing it's probably stucked on post process. So can you please help me repair this bios. Thanks.
