Hello, Can you fix this BIOS?

The device was crashing all the time, and now It won't start, it's only giving freezing at DELL logo.
XPS 13 9310 - SN: 13J13F3.

This build is only giving the amber light when the power bottom is been pressed, the same issue that I got when tried one of the previous bios send here in this topic.... still doesn't working
