I installed the memory, could it be that? It wasn't in the BIOS when it was sent. SSD upgrade 1TB
With SSD M2 it only works with the original BIOS of that laptop

yes and it doesn't see any SSD. Check if you have the right bios? Since the SN doesn't match.

Before the update, it recognized the new SSD once, but I have tried several BIOS versions since then, and none of them work.
