My laptop won't boot with ANY system, Linux Mint returns Kernel Panic, Windows Installer returns various blue screen errors like: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP, KMODE<EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, or pci.sys ERRORS, sometimes it boot in Windows but in a random time it returns black screen and restarts.
Linux Mint ONLY boots with "acpi=off" parameter, i tried also: acpi=strict, acpi=force, but everything returns kernel panic or just freezes in linux mint logo.
I really think that is a FIRMWARE problem, because i checked every voltage in the mainboard and its ok!
Someone knows something about this problem?
In attach: my BIOS backup (i tried to flash the ASUS 304 VERSION with CH341A, but the problem persists)
And some photos of the board that i find in google.
