ok thanks but I'll tell you a little bit about the problem I have with this laptop with the original bios it doesn't give an image which is the first bios I passed up so that I could clean it and download it and it keeps giving me the same problem of no image now download one from here on the page that is the 16mb one, which is the second bios that happens to clean it, since with this bios the machine works, but it has the problem that it does not recognize the sata and m.2 disks, but the ports do they work by putting another disk such as an nvme with this if the system works but the machine originally came with an m.2 disk and it does not recognize it anymore but this disk in another machine does work well then I am more sure that the problem is at the level bios I don't know what you think thanks
