Hello people i need help on hp envy x360 8 generation intel i7 the laptop turn on but no screen and when I plugged in the charger the chargin light turn on till here everything ok i press power on button it go on but keeps blinking only the power button i make a new bios file bin and now turn on ok no blinking power button light but still no screen! I have attached 1 photo and market the chip with marker this chip go hotter cant place the finger there because is to hot! The chip is named PU 5102! Please any idea?

That is a difficult problem for this i post here and i am not on the internet typing on google i am in a forum that I payed for just making some questions mate!
