LA-H501P board with no power, shorted PCH. replaced a new one, back to power but no video.
suspect the bios needs to be re-built. can you please rebuild the bios file so it has cleared ME and work with the new PCH?

I checked ok if you try it and it doesn't work then it's not a bios problem

After replacing the old bios PCH, it still works but only boots late, clear ME only helps to boot quickly
