Hello everyone

I have LA-H501P model motherboard. 2 pcs. PCH was short-circuited in both products. I change it. The replaced PCH is new. PCH is solid. But my motherboard is not working. When I press the power button, it draws 30 milliamperes of current.

When we look at the power steps, the results are as follows:

+3VLP OK
EC_ON OK
+5VALW OK
ON/OFFBTN# OK
+3VALW OK
+1.05VALW OK
EC_RSMRST# OK
PBTN_OUT# OK

PM_SLP_S4# NO
PM_SLP_S3# NO
SYSON NO


EC replaced and programmed. SOP8 bios programmed. Battery charging OK.

The same problem has happened to a few of my friends. They couldn't find the solution either. Any ideas? What should I do, where should I check?
