LA-J851P stuck on Dell Logo, cannot go to Bios settings, cannot boot to internal or external

tried your bios, tried clean ME. still same.

removed soldered SSD also still same stuck on logo

maybe EC rom is bad?

Buenas noches, este archivo del bios solo se queda en el logo de DEll, probe el bios que usted proporciona y con el si entra al setup pero no reconoce el disco.
