Hello, the Dell computer that came to my service center was constantly having reset issues. I backed up the BIOS and installed this BIOS. The system worked. However, I couldn't get it out of manufacturing mode by pressing Alt+F. I've tried all sorts of methods online, but I can't record the service tag number. The fan sometimes runs full, sometimes normal.
